Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and resident of Edmonds for over 35 years, Nancy puts her area love and knowledge to work for buyers and sellers. Nancy was the community sales manager at Point Edwards Condominiums where she listed and sold over 261 new construction homes. In 2018 Nancy was selected by the developer to represent and list 50 Pine Street Condominiums, a 68-unit building in Edmonds, which she successfully sold out in one year! Nancy has been ranked as the #1 condominium sales agent in Edmonds for 8+ years. She has also been a top producer in the Edmonds market for single-family residential, she sold the highest price residential listing and condo listing in Edmonds in 2019.

Nancy is committed to ongoing education in the ever-changing real estate industry. She successfully completed the MCNE (Master Level Certified Negotiation Expert) certification, SRES (Senior Real EstateSpecialist) designation and CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designation.
