In 2015, Nancy sold more condominiums in 98020 than any other broker in the market. Her uncompromised statistics reveal her strengths, with solid sold price to list price ratios along with her lower-than-average days on market.
Past Experience...A native to the Pacific Northwest and longtime Edmonds resident, Nancy puts her area knowledge to work for local buyers and sellers in Edmonds, Mukilteo, Seattle and surrounding areas. For 8+ years she was the Community Sales Manager at Point Edwards. There she listed and sold over 261 new construction homes. Working primarily with empty-nesters and downsizing clients, she worked tirelessly to assist in their major life decisions.
Market Knowledge & Transaction Management...She is committed to continued education in the Real Estate industry, keeping up with classes and market conditions. She successfully completed the MCNE (Master Level Certified Negotiation Expert) certification, and has a CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designation. Nancy works closely with her transaction coordinator, as well as Title and Escrow in the successful closing of your contract, assuring that every detail from start to finish is professionally taken care of! She has a wealth of references in lenders, inspectors and finish repair companies, making sure that you are in good hands throughout the process. Her attention to detail is second to none.
